Parent Questionnaire
Parent questionnaire:
At times we would like to ask your views on the service that we provide so we will ask you to complete a parent questionnaire. You will be given a hard copy of a questionnaire to complete.
The Pre- School will respond to each questionnaire if issues or questions are raised or if there is something that we can support you with further.
Please take the time to fill it out as it is one of the best ways we can get a view of what our parents think of the service we provide.
